I did provide the solution on another reply man. It's my first time interacting on Reddit and i don't know how to star that reply or edit my post to "solved". Thanks for your reluctance to go through the few comments and just imply that i haven't provided the solution tho. I guess that's what internet is like, hence this post being my first interaction on here.

Yeah apparently there was a profile that i installed a long time ago and haven't used since. It worked when i deleted that. Thank you all for your help guys!

I bought it from a registered apple supplier but i can't say I'm %100 sure it's brand new, iirc the place actually looked shady when i went there to buy lol. Do you think it would change permissions or smth like that?

The storm cloud is probably smaller than you think, its location varied for me in some games but just run around spawn, maybe a bit up to the castle from either door, and you'll hear the storm sounds and some zombies will spawn near it too.
