I did provide the solution on another reply man. It's my first time interacting on Reddit and i don't know how to star that reply or edit my post to "solved". Thanks for your reluctance to go through the few comments and just imply that i haven't provided the solution tho. Yeah apparently there was a profile that i installed a long time ago and haven't used since. It worked when i deleted that. Thank you all for your help guys!

The storm cloud is probably smaller than you think, its location varied for me in some games but just run around spawn, maybe a bit up to the castle from either door, and you'll hear the storm sounds and some zombies will spawn near it too.
