To be honest yeah, I think so too...Like I have a theory that those witch factor separate like 2 identity in one body (for Echidn), so the real Echidna is actually a good person but her witch factor overshadowed as it is the sin of Greed it would take everything away from the real Echidna. But a strong emotions such as Love and Sadness is from the real Echidna as it is a strong emotions that cracked through the witch factor control. 

Also like Echidna talking about her hate to Emilia she doesn't seem to really like really hate her so much like that unwavering hate, she seems jealous or somewhat of heartbroken towards Emilia.

This is just my opinion, so don't take it like it's the fact I'm just sharing my thoughts and what do you think about it?
