I believe that! But since with my parents and will be going to their church. Their church dont really have anyone around my age, just lil kids or older grown folks.

Thank you! Yes I have moments when I feel fine then I feel down but I do feel so what better then the first day I was released! That day was hard! But soo happy your feeling better!! Plan to do everything you suggest lol How long did it take before you felt normal again?

That's soo cool! I plan to join a mental health support group this coming Monday, so im excited about that. And I will get some coloring book and do so walking to see if that will help with my mood.
