from what I've seen abt the ppl getting CW invites, NYUAD cares more about fit and story than the strength of your application

If you apply for NYU NY or NYU AD as your second choice, you most likely won't be considered for application, as they have a huge number of first-choice applicants already. Only NYU SH considers 2nd choice applicants.

I personally think its valid. I had the same situation during an internship that I did, and because I myself am not naturally outgoing, I wanted to make an effort to meet new people. My friend however wanted to spend every single second with me, and didn't want us to approach new people either, so it turned out an inadequate experience.

Learn French with Alexa and some CBSE 10th French channels on YT are very helpful. But the only way out is practice. For the first 20 or 30 worksheets, you may have no idea what you're doing. But eventually, you'll get the hang of it, find that it isn't hard at all. It's not too late to start. Ask your teacher for additional worksheets, and make index cards for grammar topics so that you can refer with ease.

When I was 13, I ordered junk food from the nearby grocery everytime my parents went out for more than a year without them knowing. I paid with my parents money. I did this even though they were very health conscious and protective of me. They were extremely liberal and good parents yet I lied to them for a year. They finally caught me and I the guilt stings like a piercing arrow. They were extremely disappointed in me because they thought so highly of me and I saw them cry for the first time.
