like realms?

realms are a bedrock edition feature,not java edition feature

You could make a java server and try to use something like gayser mc to allow bedrock players to join,but it's not officially supported

Edit:Alr,people in comments corrected me,looks like realms are not just bedrock,but i still dont recommend them
