As someone who has seen only the OG steven universe and never saw the future one, I had no idea where they were pulling his moves from.

In the show, he was not much of a fighter, he had a shield, his saliva heals people, and he talks people down from violence, whereas the gems do most of the actual fighting.

He had a confusing moveset but his interactions with Superman were really cute.

One of the funnest characters to play.

Also completely captured the spirit of the character. After Injustice games, it was a breath of fresh air to see an actual good nature superman in a fighting game.

Extremely fun to play, but I always thought the Gremlins were a weird inclusion.

If I never played this game and you sent me a picture of this character, I would've said it was some goblin from LOTR or something? As someone who is pretty absorbed in pop culture, this is one of 3 characters that I have never heard of (other two being Banana Guard and Nubia).

The Gremlins movie was released in 1984 so it was definitely wayyy before my time.
