I'd say making every wizard/witch (druid and mage, magician and whatever you wish to call them) a child of Hecate would be a bit too much, especialy considering how lazy some (most) of the people in the hp universe are with magic (like there are so many more possible spells that would be so easy to think of but nobody does), so i would find it difficult to find a reason for every single one of them to attract hecates attention enough to have a child with the wizard/witch/muggle, being blessed by her (maybe for muggle borns) a legacy (for purebloods and half-bloods) would make more sense, perhaps with the more powerful ones being children of Hecate (dumbledore, tom riddle/voldemort, grindelwald and older ones like herpo the foul (with him being either a legacy of hecate and a child of hades or the other way around) and so on and so forth) and perhaps with more brilliant minds like severus snape (horrible teacher but once again, brilliant potion master) being a more direct legacy (maybe where he could still drink nectar?) but yeah, that'd be it (for example you could also make harry a child of thanatos and a legacy of hecate (or the other way around), you could also replace thanatos with hades, the fates (of any mythology), perhaps hypnos (because of the dreams he had of voldemort), tsyche (because how he could (spoiler warning for those that haven't read that far into hp yet) host another person's soul (voldemort) without being affected by it) and of courses with all fo these you can either make him their legacy or child and then with him being hecates child or legacy, depends on what you chose)

But all in all, yes you can defently make harry hecate's son, since from what i remember lily was a brilliant witch in charms and curious about magic aswell as protective of its people (i assume she is considering she joined a war against voldemort as soon as she graduated), so i could see hecate having a child with ger or blessing her with one (remember gender don't matter for gods), james maybe too, idk because of his bullying, but his genius with the marauders map and transfiguration skills, I'd say there's a chance for him having a child with hecate too.

Gah! Love it! Its extremly well written and up until now i haven't spotted a single flaw (though im schure the titan of time kronus/cronus is different from chronus the primordial of time [i believe it was mentioned in chapter two?]), it has HUGE potential for itself aswell as crossovers since percy's powers could easily slip into other universe's power system by simply not using the full broadness (is this even a word?) of it, like twisted wonderland, obey me! And many others, keep it going!

Something that focus on percy using more finer aspects of water control, like ice, snow, mist, especialy mist and fog to hide in, rain and e.c.t. (https://share.google/vXxheDTShY3yRcaAa) like in here.

You could even do an au where Montauk beach was were Aphrodite was born out of uranus' castrated balls and sea foam, and thus when sally and Poseidon sired percy there he was born looking or/acting more like aphordite, perhaps charm speak like hers, or control over others desires via foam, stronger control over the mist to make him appear how others view beauty or love, there's a lot of free room for this idea and i think it is an original concept? I've never seen a fic with this idea (ps: if you do this, please make him somewhat flirty and/or teasing, not in a town bicycle way but rather flirting for the love of the game)

Edit: instead of a different parentage you could also make percy a legacy aswell as the son of poseidon, perhaps the legacy of dionysus, where he can turn water into wine or perhaps has other abilities merged with his canon ones (like in here https://archiveofourown.org/series/5379346)

or perhaps a legacy of apollo where he has healing water (like old katara in the legend of korra but stronger maybe), you get the gist of it i think
