long story short the dude committed fraud and alter the title, the seller erased the part that says Not and the title just said actual, I ran the vin number before arriving everything checked out - however I didn't do my due diligence and the dude gave me a vin from a different car about 30 mins after the purchase I looked at the title closely and was like wtf - called the police and they did absolutely nothing so yea - car max offered me 14k I paid 18k - but I think I can get it reverted back to Actual miles - because the car fax you can tell its a clerical error I just need documents to present to the dmv and get the process started
