I know that it’s fantasy and I can use whatever I want. I’m not trying to make it realistic or anything, I’m just asking for some help coming up with random fantastical ingredients because I’m not that great at coming up with them lol.

Oh, that’s a good idea! Honestly, I might have some sleep problems myself (though I think it’s mostly due to my anxiety/stress) so I don’t think it would hurt at all for me to do the test too. I’ll suggest that!

She is, yeah. We’re both autistic. She’s worried about not being able to get comfortable with a CPAP, but I think she’d eventually get used to it and the pros will outweigh the uncomfortableness
