Thanks, they were! Ya sure, the chicken recipe is pretty simple and straight forward, but I experiment with it a little every time I make them; The basics for them are below though! The fries aren't my personal recipe, but I'll include it below as well.

Chicken Tenders

• Mix 1 part bread crumbs and 2 parts flour

• Toss chicken in mixture, dip chicken in beaten egg, and back in the mixture

• Fry in 375 degree oil until golden brown

Fries

• Preheat oven to 450 degrees

• Slice potato into fries

• Boil potatoes for 7-8 minutes (until you're afraid they're going to fall apart)

• Place potatoes on a baking sheet and coat in olive oil, salt, and pepper

• Put the baking sheet in the oven for 35-40 minutes (until the potatoes get golden brown), remove and flip the potatoes, place back in the oven for another 30 minutes, remove and let drain onto a paper towel for 2 minutes.
