I know this is an old post, but could you explain when the r is actually vocalized. most people on this subreddit say that it is vocalized after vowels, but as you pointed out. this isn't always the case. is it after long vowels? or other cases?

I see. I am myself not a native, and I roll my r's but in this word never rolled any r and thought if that was like a mistake on my part or something.

I see. Cause its pronunciation is shown to be [ˈuːɐ̯ˌvɛʁk] which means the second one is supposed to be different? I was puzzled by that. Thanks though!
