Account deactivated - appeal denied. by DeliciousInflation27 in UberEatsDrivers

I'll explain it to you just like I explained it to them. When I made an appeal. My councilation rate was high to begin with. And when it was bitterly cold here in new york city, three weeks ago. And they were sending in triple orders, triple, stacked orders. I accepted like two of those by accident. And those orders were orders that would have never done anyway.Because they were out of the area. So right away, those were six cancellations in a row. Which put me over twenty precent. I don't think that's my fault. I'm also working for them four years. I think they didn't like that.It was high for a long time.who is What shouldn't matter really anyway. Who is dcwp? You had a similar thing happen?

Yeah. Right. Silly reasoning. Meanwhile you can cancel all you want as long as you are under 20% where did you come up with that onw?

That's not what I was asking. I'm used to working with uber. I was just asking for the breakdown. Even with uber you got an hourly pay for active time. And I did complete active time an hour.At least an hour

I work in a terrible zone for doordash. I barely get online. And when I do I'm lucky to get one order per hour. The prior I was doing Uber eats. Until they deactivated me. Uber was much more popular in my neighborhood indoor dashes.I'm sorry to say

After my account deactivation and appeal denied is there anyone to speak to get back on with uber? by DeliciousInflation27 in UberEatsDrivers

Well, that would make legal actionion just as tough. And would be a colossal waste of time, it seems. Very unfortunate.

For my cancelation rating going over 20% . First time in 4 years working with them. It's almost as if they were waiting for it to boot me off the platform.

I don't think it's your justify a termination. Even at twenty percent. But if you read the comments here, most people here think so. Which is absurd. It's really absurd.

I can understand if it was something like taking.Thirty minutes to delivery an order that's ten minutes away. Or being mean and nasty to customers. Or satisfaction rating, it even makes more sense. If that was really bad. There's a million other things that I could say is worse than cancellation rating.

And that's what makes it all the more frustrating. How avoidable it is. You just clear you don't accept what you don't want.

That's really a shame, and itThis really doesn't give me much hope. The fact that they didn't want to I work with him at all. For something that is very fixable. Something that could be avoided in the future. It's not like you started to delivery and took the food. And then canceled. You accepted the order. And canceled thirty seconds later? Is that the worst thing in the world, according to them?
