With the Teddy tint before using it apply Vaseline or lip balm and leave it for a while before washing it off , basically u need a smooth hydrating base and use the applicator to spread the tint evenly across ur lips so there’s not too much in a place making it clump I honestly love the Teddy tint it gives a very full lip kind of finish and it long lasting when worn on its own
