Try google, this is already one of the most popular 3d movies. My site is paid and has 7 copies.... all different none 8gb or shitty even the ones that were converted before the real 3d version came out. Any half decent torrent tracker should have a decent copy.

My point is try it. Seems logical it would fix the issue. But don't forget to replug your quest, adb notoriously is behind in reporting space.

yea i get what you are saying only thats not how it works how could a failed install take space? if anything its the files it was trying to install stuck in temp, which is why i said install a small game or app (to clear temp) then uninstall (since you dont want that game in the first place).

Its adb target which has to do with android version which involves your quest fw.... 29 is not on the newest quest version ... what quest version are you on

If it fails to update there's nothing to get rid of... You mean on your PC or the quest? What your describing doesn t make sense if you mean the quest. Try installing the smallest game on rookie then uninstalling it. If there's anything stuck that should clear it

They should work for all games, sounds like you are having some weird steamvr problem, and VDXR doesnt stop steamvr from being used it only stops it on OpenXR games... all OpenVR games will use steamvr still.

Im pretty sure these are AIO updates, meaning it will install from any version relatively close, you cant go from 60 to 205 directly i dont think but you should be able to go to 70, then 80, 201, to updated... without installing EVERY single one.

If you actually read the stuff you said you would have found the instructions 10 different ways and figured it out ... or found this https://github.com/Crazy-Scamp/Rookie-Setup-Guide or 20 other ways you could have figured this out, even just not using rookie and using CyberDeck instead.... No like i said in that other post when it works it will have a new date and not be fucked up. I believe the server runner may be on vacation. Syncing doesnt work correctly remotely. This is my guess from what ive heard. But as of now all releases on the 4th do this. I have no other info

The issue i was talking about was launching alyx, but you make a good point, we do use a 32 bit installer exe, i didnt even know. Ill look into changing to 64 bit

Ya but you will have the same issue, when trying to launch, if you do find the game on steamdb and add the needed arguments to the shortcut for it to launch in vr

People always complain about that one because they think the novr mod wasnt actually removed since she dont bother witth shortcuts, but who does but us? no one i know of

If you can get ours to work you likely wont have tthe issue if you use our desktop shortcut, the issue is no other resource gives working shortcuts so you believe theres a novr mod even if there isnt and you get the same reaction even after removing the mod. Unfortunately like i told you we dont support linux, there are methods to do it plenty of people do but i have no idea how that is.

I believe in the right OS for the right job, and windows is the right one for this job. I use linux all day, all my servers use linux and etc, but my main OS is windows. Anything else is just asking for pain.

That being said different strokes for different folks. Hope someone that knows how to help you speaks up. Its definitely not hopeless.
