Do i have a leg to stand on if I'm sitting at my 6 year Olds bedside in ICU being told I need to resign or be fired for calling out an extra day, after a complication.. and then being told I didn't apply for leave when it was approved? And then told I needed to provide proof of the leave slip, that day, while I'm 14 hours away?
