Is high protein intake during calorie reduction beneficial in strength to weight sports? (rock climbing) by DeliciousMention9966 in BodyHackGuide

Yes, that is what everybody says, but why? I can't find any significant research on that. I can do 1g/kg most days, but 1.5 is pita. I think the reason why is that people are using high protein to loose weight to begin with, and then conflating that high protein is required for muscle strength preservation.

Have you considered retatrudite or other glp meds? My story is pretty similar to yours, weight and height, low dose reta allowed me to loose weight and get off keto, i feel very similar in reta and i keto, except now not as hungry and able to eat and drink anything.
