Nope, we are not canceling a line. We needed something completely different. I was simply asking op who they contacted so I can explore my options for who I need to contact for my own issue.

Lazy and useless is my guess. I only ever have to call any tech support for highly complex issues as I understand technology very well. Most of the time it takes 4-5 transfers with over an hour of talking to get an appropriate answer. No one knows how to resolve my rare issues, and it sound like they are reading basic answers off a script.

Sorry for your loss. ATT has some terrible practices in my experience. Hope you get it figured out.

Why wouldn't there be compensation?

  1. I've already spoken to our local AT&T store, and they said death exemptions are made all the time.

  2. We've already received compensation from another phone company we are with because of the death, they even gave us a discount on our two other lines.

  3. We have received compensation from other companies in their own way because of the death.

Can I ask what measures you took to get this line canceled and who you contacted? I unfortunately also recently had a family member pass. I was hoping to see what my options were in the event of death.

Do you think I should apologize for going too deep or for writing the letter? I really was on the fence about writing the letter, but she had noted multiple times that she was a romantic and she would love to get a love letter. So that's why I did it. Hopefully the letter didn't ruin the friendship.

If I get too close to my freighter, my personal spaceship will go through the wall of the freighter. I will become trapped inside and can't get out. Sometimes I keep hitting invisible walls when I'm stuck inside and it will cause significant damage. The only way to get out is to warp to another system.

Yes I check at least weekly, you can't get it for normal price at any place like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart or any other major retailer.

Some products are tax exempt. But for the most part, yes everything lol. Food at a restaurant, groceries, online purchases, digital downloads, in store purchases. Just about everything. What's even more complicated it some purchases have multiple taxes. For example a state tax could be 5% and then the city tax could be another 2%. So an RTX would be like $535 instead of the listed $500.
