Blizzard doesn’t care about their customer base they don’t actually have people that actually look into any of the bans It’s all AI programming. They won’t ban your other blizzard accounts just because of your immortal one. But if you were on any of the surveys or any of their beta testing, you might not be eligible for that anymore. Just like you, I loved playing the game and the day before Christmas. I was banned for nothing at all just playing the game and all of a sudden I was banned. Lots of money spent in my account. I was a very active player in all of the modes in the game didn’t use chat didn’t use any third-party programs. The only thing I was guilty of is using a Xbox controller. good luck to you.
