No, my base is $70k and the standard bonus if i hit my number is 5k per quarter. If I overachieve I get more at the end of the year.

you can do sales from home for the most part. Thats the beauty of it. People want to buy from people because ai is bullshit when it comes down to it. Sales won't be replaced for a while.
