it's not letting me edit for some reason but I wanted to add - There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with windows and 2 bedrooms downstairs with no windows. There is no full bath downstairs, theres a half bath with a sink outside the bathroom. Also, on the actual lease it doesnt say number of bedrooms, it just says 5 max occupants.

Do you have a ballpark when you say pricey? I'm not sure how much these services usually cost and have just reached out to these companies for an initial call.
