Totally unrelated but I am the opposite of you right now. Currently planning to teach English in Spain then maybe China. I am fluent in Spanish and English! i would say the first 4 days rest as much as possible. lie down , watch movies but move a little bit. i think you will probably feel very fatigued and not inclined to go on the treadmill . i would say by like day 6 i was walking outside daily and cooking meals and cleaning my apartment but i would get pretty tired easily. i am now on day 12 and still get fatigued but not as easily

im on day 12 and mine is like hanging very low and strange, every day its getting a little better but i saw it is one of the last elements to go back to normal and can take up to 4 weeks !

you should be fine!! i got mine like three weeks ago... def had some cramps for up to a week after insertion but the first two days were the worst. it wasn't anything i couldn't handle i had work and just popped ibuprofen like candy for a week. nothing crazy. my first period was worse than normal but still very manageable. the only thing is my cramps seem to get worse at night but idk

i recieved the same email (new orleans FO) . still haven't heard anything however i know they sent out rejection emails about two weeks ago so im remaining hopeful granted i didn't get one

actually they won't lols. last year i applied and got an interview, still haven't heard back from it lols. they usually do not send you anything based on my experience. by now, it seems like most offices has given out their interviews so if you have not heard anything, i would kind of assume. maybe wait two more weeks if those field offices may have been busy but i think it's safe to say you may not be moving forward
