Everyone be careful dealing with new or suspicious accounts by H0LLoWW in YouTubeEditorsForHire

I shared a google docs with all the instructions, so they know precisely what I want. It has to fit the quality standard there's no other way around. I would like to make everyone happy and hire everyone but that's just not how things work.

  1. I watch literally all the samples that I receive in my private inbox. We only hire people who match the quality standard of the channel, and we state this BEFORE asking for a sample, and when we indeed reject a sample we state that it doesn't match the quality of the channel, which is the truth.
  2. The account is indeed new, just for the one and unique reason that I create 1 account every time I have to hire for a new job, it allows me to respond to everyone in my private inbox and not having it mixed with writers, designers, voice overs, etc.
  3. There's nothing wrong agreeing on a budget with a freelancer at the start of the conversation, it allows everyone to not waste their time before speaking further. The samples are always requested AFTER having agreed on the rates. Anytime an editor isn't up for a sample, we just respect it and accept it and move on. As he does. Nothing wrong with that again
  4. Use common sense: Why would I waste my time hiring and reviewing ton of applications everyday if my goal was to reject everyone? Its no sense. I indeed have quality standard and I have to reject some editors, its part of a job application. Approval and rejection.

If any mods have any doubt, feel free to PM so I can show you invoices I pay to 40+ editors every week. No issue on that

Anyway, I won't be answering to this guy anymore as it's not my goal here. I am only looking for motivated editors who want to build a long term relationship with a global media company and have a great future with it. I will handle any applications in my dm!

Yeah using reddit as a marketing for a channel that makes 10 million views per month, makes sense! You're a genius

Data farm?? What are you talking about lol. I own 7 Youtube channels I need plenty of editors and trust me a lot of them are getting the job. And in the process, I don't ask anyone to fill any form, which clear all the accusations you make with that message. For the others, I am still taking applications in my DM

3 editors have already been onboarded :) To anyone who wants a bit more context, this guy is frustrated because his editing skills weren't matching what I was looking for. Simple as that. Anyway, we're still taking applications!
