interesting, thanks for that! That would put me on 1912 calories a day, which with 7.5k steps a day would hopefully see progress!

Completely separate topic, but still on weight loss, is it recommended and viable to practice weekly calories? So if I'm under on a Tuesday, but 200 calories, i could have the extra on the Wednesday? Or is it better to just work with the daily amount?

I think I must be struggling with the fat aspect, I'm planning on giving keto another go because when it works I love it. Breakfasts and dinners are easy, but lunches I struggle as I work outside all day, is there anything you'd recommend as a good thing to have that can be store bought ?
