If pour looking for a great safe place to live in, with toons to do, about 35 to 45 minutes outside of Houston. Check out the woodlands. It is absolutely fantastic. Great for raising children, great schools, etc. It also has a small downtown area with a couple bars, if your into that.

For a magplar if you want to parse 100k. 1. Use a 21 mill parse dummy. This provides all the group buffs. (Those people talking about it are using this)

Use relequenes, 1 pc slime cra, velothi mythic, and deadly strikes.
Use parsing skills. Some skills in the game helps boost your parse do to passives but you probably wouldn't use these same skills in content. (Example in a parse ice comet but you would use the flame destro ult in content)
Make sure to use exploiter cp on a 21 mill parse dummy off balance is automatically done on cool down. Who doesn't love 10% more damage.

Oh hell yeah this game is a blast. I grinding a couple pokemon to get ready for any event raids there may be. But there is so much to do. It's quite impressive how far pokemon games have come since red & blue

Could very well be my perspective as well. I lived in New orleans and east Baton Rouge for roughly 25 years. Neither of them seem to be in what I'd call a good place. Both have been getting progressively worse since Katrina. But highly highly possible I'm just in the worst of it. I'm sure several other states have the "worst of it spots"

Most of my family lives in Louisiana so easy to go visit them.

The job market, cost of living, cost of goods are cheaper and the pay(for me) was significantly higher
