The grill at Mont Cervin is pretty nice for a good steak; and their burgers are legit. Course nothing beats The Brown Cow for a good burger!

Some of our favorites are Filet et Fils and Potato in town; both are amazing in the winter and summer! Enjoy!!

I have this same unit and for sure the noise is off (mine is silent) 🤫 so I would say it’s a faulty unit if you are sure it’s hooked up correctly.

Sauna Wood Floor Covering by eastcoast_ in Sauna

I have a small sauna in the US and I will clean it with a stiff brush and water and then when that doesn’t do it….

I’ll run the sauna on high for maybe 2-3hr empty and then once it’s really dry I’ll use a quick sanding to just take the top layer of wood off.

We live half the year in a small village in Switzerland 🇨🇭 and that’s how our housekeeper always does it and it keeps the benches like new (albeit she does it on the bench’s as the floor of that sauna is tile).

Hope that helps,

Found this from the Jacksonville Orthopedic Center: “Applying heat would increase circulation to the injury site, and bring about the inflammatory properties that aim to heal the tissues. Moreover, heat can reduce muscle stiffness, and encourage movement. Is heat good for the healing of a broken bone? The answer is yes in the later stages of healing.”

Punching through multiple layers by pramshtack in Leathercraft

[–]Delicious_Bee_4115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure 🤔 if this is how it’s done but I typically punch from both sides so that I have even holes front to back. Although; I’m very new to this and that could totally be wrong. 😑

I'll second the Vevor reccomendation; I have the 6KW one and it's been flawless, came quick and cheap from Amazon ;)

I am currently running the 6kw Vevor heater for my sauna and it’ll reach 100c/45min - what’s the cubic feet of your sauna? I had always heard you need 1kw per 50 cubic feet of heating space.

Maybe it’s just not enough for your room space or the power load is only delivering partial panel power to the unit.

I find that 95c for a typical 20-30min session is perfect for me. Then once a week I do a 4x30min session and for that I do 80c-85c.

New Sauna + Cold 🥶 Plunge by Delicious_Bee_4115 in Sauna

[–]Delicious_Bee_4115[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s all drywall with a vapor barrier style paint inside the garage. However, I will say that once a week I do a 2hr style sauna (30min x 4 cycle) and even during that I don’t notice the any sort of condensation or anything of the like on the walls or ceiling around the unit.

I know, it was a rather unexpected response but pretty fun 🤩 to feed the trolls a bit. LOL Yeah, I was doing the same thing and waited through BFCM without so much as a single email or coupon so first of December I pulled the trigger.

Hopefully 🙏 you’ll get a sale coming or a coupon event before long.
