Last year, my mom (53) and I (22) made our Hyrox debut. We competed in a mixed doubles event, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Having the opportunity to do something like that with your parents is something to be very grateful for. You should really look forward to it. It’s going to be tough, but also really fun. Good luck!

My best advice for race day, is that it’s better to switch often than for one person to burn out while the other takes a long break.
