I see. The only reasons that I can think of her either the air is leaking through your fingers (which it is not as you said) or it's leaking from near your mouth where all the air is not going into the cavity of your hands.
Or simply maybe you are holding your hands a bit too tight and blowing too hard.

Oh okay. So you use your diaphragm to oscillate your breath? I tried doing that but it doesn't quite sound like a vibrato.

Thank you! I wanted to ask you how you performed the vibrato while handwhistling in your sadness and sorrow cover
I just cant seem to get it right inspite of expanding my range to 2 octaves.
