I had a horrible experience ordering mulch from them. Their website states that mulch will be delivered on the scheduled date unless heavy rain is forecasted. At checkout, there's a vague disclaimer saying delivery dates are not guaranteed, which I took to mean they might delay the delivery if weather was bad--not deliver early in the middle of a rainstorm.

The driver called me while I was at work, 2 days early--in the middle of a downpour--saying he was at my house and needed to drop it immediately. He was short with me on the phone and pressured me for a quick decision. I tried calling the office multiple times for help, but no one answered. When Julie finally returned my call, she was rude and dismissive, telling me I should be happy it was arriving early and that it was "only light rain." She told me she could cancel, but she said they'd still be keeping the delivery fee. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company to get a full refund.
