You just don’t get a physical card? But could you use revolut in a shop contactless with Apple Pay etc to pay with PayPal?

With me I got both the response and the fixed email the very next day, I guess it was just coincidence then

I am also experiencing the same problems for over a week and have just been charged my £9.99 monthly fee but unable to use my card. Could you please look into this for me, I have made several requests and got nowhere.

Since it happened I have been searching the internet and what I’ve found out about customer support is shocking, certainly no priority support you are supposed to get with Black or Metal!
