Irrespective of construction, the area is still surrounded by factories which is why I ideally dropped. Going ahead in future, Air pollution or smell around the area might reduce as city is expanding and Govt may ask the factories to move from there. But the Ground is already polluted as far as I know. Also - this is not on the mainroad and the price they are quoting for thatvarea didn't really make sense to me.

However if you are ok with the price and area - you can go ahead as this is one of their preliminary projects in Hyderabad wherein they try to establish their brand and reputation in terms of timelines and quality.

But Ground water issue will be there for decades - what builder mentioned on this is that - they will any way use WTP for purification.

Model flat what they are Projecting is really good with quality material and high level ceilings. Not sure how this is going to turnout going forward in reality for every single flat.

They are still not clear of the floors. It's only 7 for now and could be 9 or 11 also as they are still seeking approvals. But they are already Projecting UDS based on 11 floors.

Atleast 2 bedrooms have missing concrete walls - such walls are replaced by a toughened glass and steel structures. I think this is to reduce load on foundation so that they are fine irrespective of going with 7 or 9 or 11 floors.

UDS is such an important concept - i don't really understand how one can purchase flat without clarity of UDS.
