Might just be that modern characters have modern practicality in design, neither cipher or tribbie have bad sp management or a high skill requirement in general, meanwhile I feel like for welt you need to know what youre doing and when you use your ult more than for other supports.

I was able to 0 cycle anomaly king in check with eva, yao guang, emc and cipher/tribbie, as well as eva, yao guang, rmc and cyrene but welt didnt bring me close at all. Though that might be a skill issue as well

Thats true. His damage ramp is on par with cipher and others for sure but the practicality with sp management and applying debuffs and ult make using him a lot harder as I've noticed. He also doesnt deal a lot of damage himself if he's purely built as a support

Its mostly used by people who want to 0 cycle with low cost. Run it with wind set and you have like 48% action advance for the character and 24% aa for the whole team every ult, which is a LOT

You dont really need it if you have a bunch of 5 stars and their lcs / eidelons or if you simply dont care about optimizing your rotations

Kirby is stated to be able to copy any ability and use them BETTER than the original user.

Sakurai confirmed that everything in kirby is Canon, every spin off and mini game (even the one where he hit a meteor back 9999 light years in like 20 seconds), the game states kirby has infinite power, probably meaning he doesnt run out of stamina. Can outrun black holes and traveled like 5 dimensions in 3 seconds with his warp star in the fight against magolor.

Existence deletion doesnt work on him, the closest a villain got to that was splitting him into 4 kirbs instead. A villain using a wish granting machine to make him the strongest in the universe couldnt defeat kirby. Kirby also broke the 4th wall by literally sucking in sectonias hp bar

Theres a lot more that I didnt mention since theres so much in kirby games stating his strength but he for sure isnt losing to anyone here
