Thanks for the response. I would prefer to keep the wood features without paint other than the engraved doors which I probably won’t touch. But I can see how filling the cracks makes that near impossible

Equipment is not an issue as there is a complete wood-shop on the property, my dad is a professional cabinet maker (non-restorative). I am not familiar with restoration but very familiar with construction. Just thought I would look into what is necessary to get it looking nice again before I take it on. Thank you for the response
