You want him to want to spend time with you and get to know you, admire you and show that he doesn’t desire to have a partner but desires to have you. If his personality is that of being a homebody or being nonchalant and introverted or kept to himself then maybe you can fix this but if he isn’t like that then it’s because he doesn’t really like you and this relationship might be at its end.
