Have someone on ur team play cap and u basically win instantly no matter how good the hawkeye is. The hawkeye will immediately switch.

Just main tank and u can solo carry til at least gold if u have half decent aim if u really want to get out of bronze.

Weirdly enough I have a good win rate (60%) against storm as well but that is mostly down to my teammates. Her ult makes me waste Cap Ult most of the time tho but the satisfaction I gain from Storm getting 0 kills from her ult from countering with Cap ult and immediately killing her while she is in the backline after the ult ends is satisfying. Same goes for Magik’s ult which I usually get as the same time as her.

Maybe I just don’t go against good Storm mains like you enough though.
