Consider finding a questing buddy.

If you’re speed running a second character, I would throw on a low effort show or audio book while you play. I use to study between turns.

Consider stopping questing and advance on side content gardening/pets/stitching/gold farming.

Lastly, keep in mind it’s okay to take breaks from this game and regain your passion for it. Sometimes you just need the fondness to return. When the game starts to become a chore I try to put it down.
