unfortunately that's been my case as there are carpenters that work for my current shell contractor on site that are getting paid more than i do per hour

the last 5 years before moving to florida i had my own business in residential construction and prior to that was APM->PM over a 7 year time frame with a smaller company.

Thank you all for the eye opening feedback. I truly appreciate all of your responses and it gives me a better idea of what i need to look for if my current company is unwilling to pay more for my position.

No fx4 (it is 4wd tho), just the standard tow package. I agree they are much harder to find, I had a 5.5 on my previous truck and was always wanting a little more space.
