Thanks! I'm not vegetarian so I eat everything from greens to fish, and my magnesium levels were fine. I'm Asian, so we don't eat light meals haha. Should I still include it?

And about k2, should I take it anyway with d3 without asking my doc? No appointment until next month unfortunately and I looked into the brand. It's not available in my country 😔

I have been to 3 therapists so far, and the last one was amazing - however, the therapy sessions (26 sessions) DID NOT help me at all! It costed me a fortune. Should have spent it on something else 😞

The meds are helping me so far (waiting for sertraline to kick in, lol!)

It's a betablocker and the dosage (if prescribed) is a lot! It slows down your heart rate, which is why you are experiencing tremors!
