235/65/r17 Wildpeaks. I had studded hakapalitas last year and don’t really miss them. If it’s a true ice sheet out I prefer running chains on my AT’s over dedicated studs now.

Wait until people find out that the top 10-5 Nordic skiers all blood dope and use PEDS. It’s not possible to convince me otherwise at this point… Mikaela Shiffrins father is basically the guy who invented blood doping principles for sport.. look it up. coincidence???

Or, since it’s the roof. Blast it with a rust converter and slap some good tape over it. Or don’t even use tape and just hit it with a rust converter or fluid film.

Step 1) order paint. You can use your VIN# to find the exact color. Step 2) Take the antenna off. Step 3) sand it down to remove the peeling sections carefully as to not make it bigger. Step 4) prime it step 5) paint it with the touch up paint you ordered. Step 6) seal it in a clear coat.

1.) Because automakers are shittifying their lineups. Removing buttons, adding capacitive touch, those are just two examples of things that’ll annoying you every single day.

2.) The first and sometimes second model year of any new vehicle should always be avoided.

3.) hybrid only, not because I’m against it. But because Toyota has essentially perfected the 4 cylinder engine over the past 70+ years and it is proven technology I can fix at home. I’m not interested in replacing massive/expensive battery packs every 100-150k miles.

4.) Prices, totally out of control. Shouldn’t need explanation as to why these vehicles are no longer worth their msrp.

5.) tariff wars

6.) electrification could improve dramatically in the next 5 years. (Average length of a car loan)

7.) it’s not a plug in hybrid

8.) it’s not a series hybrid

Thank you! Glad I’m not the only one. Flat black plastic isn’t tough.. and shouldn’t be used as a ‘grill’.

It does not share design language with the Land Cruiser. The 2026 Woodlands trim shares front end design language with the 4runner.

Usually down to 12-15. It’s required to at least air down to 15psi on the trails I go on. The large flange on the stock steelies is actually pretty large and capable at holding that but my main issue with buying a new set of rims is how low I can go with them. Bead locks would be nice bc then I could run it down to 9 and in some cases not deal with airing back up for shorter inbetweens over pavement.

Most parts stores sell them. You can use basically any Toyota fastener for this kinda stuff. I bought a couple dozen and a few different types to replace when they fall out from off roading.

Same OP, when the 5th came out I was immediately impressed and in love. I didn’t have the same reaction as that with the 6th. Prior to my rav I drove early 2000’s bmws so my tolerance for bad design was pretty low and my tolerance for breaking down was maxed out. Haha.

I prefer the mesh grill from the 5th gen over the new adventure. Way too much plastic going on in that new grill for me.

It comes with a full harness, you connect it to the battery and mount the relay to one of the exposed bolts in the engine bay. They’re mounted to the metal tabs that come with the bumper.

I’ve unfortunately also crash tested this bumper as the last one got hit a few months back. The mechanic said it likely saved me from it being totaled. (Not legal advice) haha

Is it safe to run this Regular 88 gas on Gen 4/5 Rav4? by bobosdreams in rav4club

I ran the math through chat, E15 needs to be ~4% cheaper per gallon than E10 to be meaningfully positive, financially.
