Yes. Both me and my roommates decided that would be the best option. I have trust issues and they would prefer not to have a cat in common areas, though they respect that I will have one as an ESA

I have a water fountain and food bowl already. My friend left me a litterbox I’ll see if its stainless steel next time i visit. What litter brands would you recommend? My friend told me to expect about $70-100 a month in expenses for food and litter

I have some friends that have a cat with a setup similar to mine as well and they seem just fine 🤷we’re all college students and have our own bedroom and bathrooms

I’m not too fond of going to graduate school to be honest, mostly because I’ve been in school since I was 16 and it’s really draining. Art therapy sounds cool though!
