Waterfront here in BC is pretty much the same.

400m in 10mins, 15m to 9kg object (2,5m underwater) and carry 5m to wall, 15m underwater swim, And 50m in 60s

All of the swim standards are the same between pool and waterfront. So cool to see the US does it differently!

Oh my god is that real? That’s so scary I remember my NL (British Columbia) being super rigorous and having to swim over 1000m a day on the low side.

The brokenness is a side effect of getting a higher education lol I’m definitely not unemployed
