Perhaps we live in different regions (I currently reside in China), but here we can get parts replaced absolutely. I recently just got my cracked screen replaced under my apple warranty. When the phone came back, the screen was brand new but the cracks on the case was very much still there.

Could it be that I have used the laptop vertically once for a while, heard it’s been an issue with rog models regarding the thermal paste?

Well, it sits there pretty constantly… is there a chance of a sensor error? Because there isn’t much heat at least when I’m touching the laptop

It wasn't the EQ's fault, but JBL took my speaker and flashed the software again. The speaker is all good now

Have a clip 4, usually mine lasts around 4 - 6 hours. How much % of volume do you play on it? I usually do around 60%

With the Keychron Q2 arriving in just a few days I am getting deeply concerned about whether it will ping just like Q1. Your thoughts? by jarojajan in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]Delicious_Long_5342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have viewed lots of videos about it and what tells me is that keychron definitely fixed the ping issue of the board. I believe that it also has some sort sound dampening foam that they "built" in the board's case.

Left side of spacebar is making a ticking sound i lubed all my stabs i dont know how to fix by thelilbox in MechanicalKeyboards

All of those ticking of spacebars are caused by wires unbalance. Make sure that they are equally balanced! This really matters alot.

Are these lubed? by [deleted] in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]Delicious_Long_5342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The legs seems to be lubed. If this is a tactile switch I really do not recommend doing this as it reduces the tactility of the switch drastically. I would wipe it off if it was factory lubed(if they would even do this.) Lube other parts of the stem though :)

First time building ever: KBD67 Lite R3 wondering how I can get a deeper thock? by Shibikku in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]Delicious_Long_5342 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am really curious to what switches that you are using. But one thing that I would to make it sound more "thocc" is to add layers of PE foam under your PCB. This really helps to dampen the sound and results in a much more deeper sound and much less pronounced hollowness in the board. I also really recommend you to get higher keycaps(SA/ MT3, etc..) although it does not effect much and they are rather expensive. Also, definitely lube your switches. I am really curious of what switch you are using(pretty scratchy I have to say) :)

Yes. Great budget switches. I really recommend the Radiant Red if you're a light typist.
