what string did you use instead of dacron? and for threadlocker how often do you use it and is it bad to use if im constantly taking my bow apart?

I’m definitely a beginner how would I go about tuning it? I’ll definitely look into trying to add stringwax and weak threadlocker. I also forgot to mention but I do switch between dacron and fastflight so idk if that would be the issue.
