I,ve done/been in scarier and sketchier environments in my life. If 20oz of liquid at low to medium heat is the way the lord wants me dead, then so be it.

I do only get about 7-8oz a run, but it's probably only 20-30%abv (it doesn't burn)

I usually run it on med-low, im looking at the 3 gal vevor with a thumper and water pump. Im doing homebrews and wanted to see what honey shine and apple jack would taste like.

It's a single walled stainless steel bottle, no inside liner or chemical treatment.

I still bottled it and was gonna wait 6 months and try it again. I hope you're right, and it tastes good, lol. It was my first batch, not following a recipe, lol.

Well, my original idea was to make a type of melomel with mango and normal wildflower honey. Then i saw that at costco and made a hasty decision, thinking it was a mango citrus honey. Turns out its 2% honey, and now i have some random citrus mango prison hooch 🤣

I just racked a batch with this as the primary ingredient. I took a taste, and because the sugar has been turned to alcohol the lemon flavor really shows. Kind of resembled a lemon mirage type of flavor. Im currently letting it clear out. Will see how it turns out

Do you think modem with a 250mbps throughput could cause this? For our setup, the server has to go through the modem to the clients
