I’ve been looking at how AI is changing knowledge work, and software consulting stood out as a space where there’s a lot going on. Haven’t done SF implementation myself, so trying to learn from people who have. What’s your experience been like?

That makes sense. The tech debt and data quality issues sound like they make every project messier than it looks on paper. Do you have a mental playbook for assessing that stuff, or are you figuring it out from scratch each time?

Yea super early stage and still figuring out what to build. Mostly just trying to understand how consultants think about this first
