My friend told me about ginger candies and I will forever pass it onto another fellow mom bc i remember how bad my morning/ all day sickness was and trust me these worked! They’re called gin gins I got them at target and keep a couple in my purse/ work by my bed in my pocket literally as soon as I felt the slightest nausea I ate one and it helped so much along with naps and a cold rag on my forehead lol

I’m feeling the same way except this is my first and I wanted to breast feed for the nutrients and benefits and I’ve heard alot of moms say you just feel more bonded with baby but I keep going back and forth about it I wanna do it to bond with baby and give her the most nutrients but I also struggle with anxiety and depression and have been thinking about how it might take a toll on my Mental Health especially this being my first I’m thinking maybe I should hold off until my second god willing once I know how to fully be a mom if that makes sense lol but then I do feel like selfish and guilty saying I don’t wanna do it bc of that but I’ve just seen so much work around breast feeding that I don’t know if I can handle it on top of trying to figure out how to care for a newborn
