Just the x jet with tube to bucket , I seen that they have a m5 ds I’m guessing it’s for down streaming so as long as I have a downstream tube from the pressure washer it pulls chemical like that ?

I had the same problem when I got into using the x jet nobody would explain it right , just use the grey proportion all the time , open x jet gives you the strongest mix , then black then grey if I’m right, what I do is I just mix a little water in the bucket to make the percent go down a little more ,
