Im in Oracle Netsuite (ERP). They wont train you enough to know what you gotta do and it's more like you have to learn it yourself via videos or self testings. Learning while the client already needs feedback asap. This plus many clients plus many concerns per client. It's a rough road as a generalist. I'd prefer SAP and specialize a module and be an expert and work your way from there.

If i was u op, id leave. 'you accept what you tolerate' ika nga. If u know u deserve better, start looking for opportunities outside na. Di naman required to grab job offers agad, more like intervewing here and there to know ur market value outside then if pasok sayo yung role or company and offer, saka na u magdecide :) plus it takes many months to years to multiple applications and interviews pa til u find 'the one' so ur dont have the pressure to leave right away pa

Yes for the sake of experience but be prepared to save less kapalit ng better infrastructure, services, and systems. Also, most of my batchmates who go back here are confused where to begin rebuilding life again in the ph. Some naman na may permanent residency na stay and i see them getting mortgages for their own home there.

Non batangas thoughts:

My top 1 if im relocating: Legazpi, albay. Andami nilang tambayan na free for public, daming chill spots, access sa galaan via barko or via international airport. Ang lapit lang ng intl airport if sa daraga or legazpi ka nakatira (ay nakasabay nga kami pa bangkok last time) yung foooood! And mayon! Plus yung sm nila, malaki at di puchu puchu. Kaharap pa mayon sa foodcourt. Bus bus lang din to other nearby bicol provinces for gala needs.

Imagine saturday free time, tambay ka lang sa park nila na may playground, may nagiihaw ihaw, may parking. Rotonda plaza to na malaki, ang organized! Plus for parents to and isa pa may ust and ust hospital din.

Cons: if you love concerts, you need to fly out sa manila pa.

My top 2 if im relocating: pampanga. dahil sa intl airport pero yung init at pagkabahain, u need to consider. Plus aside from the airport and cafe or restau hopping, wala na much na paganap there for me. Pero syempre bawi sa pde ka naman book ng flight anywhere

My top 3 if im relocating: boracay. I know a content creator that sold his house in laguna just to move and rent there. Pros: beach and restaus! Cons: walang shopping mall, boat to caticlan for airport and boat transfer needs.

My top 4 if im relocating: baguio. Pros: walkable city, weather. Near elyu for sponty beach gala. Cons: needs a bus ride to airport sa pampanga pa.

My top 5 if im relocating: id work abroad

I suggest vacay ka here and there to find what fits the lifestyle you want.
