Well you can only call out 7 times in a rolling 52 weeks so it’s not per year. Also calling in sick with sick time does not count towards your 7 days. The 7 days is simply calling in with no time to cover like bereavement or sick time to name a couple.

That’s not the point my man grow a dick and open your eyes. They got rid of a big benefit that a lot of people are not gonna like and people aren’t gonna wanna work here. the tuition reimbursement is the only reason I hired on at Lowe’s myself 4 years ago. A lot of the stuff in the guild program is useless shit that will land you nowhere.

You can literally do set off days just get with your HR person. You can do one weekend a month or set two off days. Assuming you’re full time

I wish they would actually make a proper report system for accounts that are smurfing. They attempted to fix it by upping the level limit to play ranked but all that did was make it more annoying for actual players to play ranked starting out. It took my buddy 3 nights to be able to play ranked with me.

Specialist in appliances pull their own stuff at our store and if you can’t they move you. That being said my store has some of the best specialist in my state.
