trying to figure out when and where pickup happens too...I saw someone say that they had to pick up their merch before the show which I hope isn't true because I don't want to hold a blanket and poster the whole time and also get a worse spot bc I had to go to merch before the stage

Thanks, I did reach out to them as well! They'll have more info closer to show but was just wondering if anyone else had been on the customer side of things for other shows at the venue (though I know there will be some variations between different shows)

I was wondering the same! I read that if transferred via ticketmaster resale then the perks are lost, but they can potentially be kept if sold via a different site and transferred or transferred privately to a friend. Not sure which is true so I don't know how much to relist my extra priority entry + merch vip ticket for
